The roller provides significant weight reduction, reducing strain on maintenance personnel and conveyor structures while delivering exceptional durability in harsh, demanding environments.
Designed to withstand corrosion, wear, and abrasion, PCR extends product life and reduces belt-contact noise compared to steel rolls, contributing to quieter operation. Available in six material options, PCR can be customized to meet the most challenging applications.
Additional features include Retro Roll capability for simplified upgrades and Spinweld
construction for enhanced strength and long-term reliability.
PCR rolls will be produced from PPI’s South African operation and its Corning, Iowa, factory in the United States.
